This isn’t a joke, not only did our new roommate bring another dog but it’s the same breed as the other two.  What are the chances.

I’ve seen many abused and neglected dogs over the years I attended University. I’ll never understand why people feel they need a pet(especially at a young age).  They probably think it’s a good idea until they realize how much work they are.  I believe most people think a pet will solve some kind of problem they have.  They could be lonely or want to be loved, or a dog may sound like a good idea before thought through.
Most times people buy a pet, say hello in the morning and are off to work or school for the day. It’s understandable when they get home they are exhausted and don’t want to do much.  But it’s not understandable why a pet is bought when the time they need won’t be given to them.  Then the pet doesn’t behave and the owner can’t figure out why.
They made a new law in Australia that you have to walk your dog, I think it’s a great idea but I don’t know how they could enforce such a law.  Personally I think it should be more difficult to buy a pet…..but what do I know.
