We live in fear don’t we? Living in fear is normal isn’t it? We fear ‘health food’ because ‘we don’t know how it’s grown’, we fear making healthy choices because ‘I don’t know where to start’ or more so ‘they always change the information so what’s the point?’.
We fear carbs, sugar and fats all the same. We fear sharing our opinion openly because there seems to be those leeches lying in the weeds that suck the life out of you when you want to express your thoughts openly.
(I always wonder what happens to those people, what they do, where they go. Every once in a while ‘negative Nancy’ pop his head up (that’s right I said his) when they don’t like something, meanwhile never commenting on anything positive or what they agree with. I wonder if they go from page to page violating everyone equally or if they just chose your page in that particular moment).

Fear is not an excuse, not a good one anyways. It’s not good enough not to share your opinion, but hover over half truths or ‘maybe’s’. It’s not good enough not to try different foods for your health and it’s not good enough to avoid sugar, fats, carbs or anything else that may seem scary.
If we stopped living in fear, if we left the job we can’t stand and believed in ourselves just for a moment we wouldn’t be scared. We would develop and strengthen the natural reaction to fear from everything we don’t know.
Make a decision, today, right now. Choose you, not fear. Believe, understand and make a difference in your life. Because living in fear, isn’t living at all.
