What you’ll need
8-12 oz Almond Milk
1 scoop True Form’s Vanilla Protein Powder
1 tbsp C8 MCT Oil
1 banana
1/2 pear (make sure it’s nice and ripe)
1 thumb of ginger
1 date
Whipping it up
Place all ingredient in the blender, blast and enjoy.
Keeping it Chill
You may want to add 4-6 ice cubes so you smoothie is cold when you drink it. Alternatively you can freeze your banana and pear before hand. This would give a creamy texture. Adding ice-cubes will give a more watery texture.
