I’m sure we’ve all heard stories about how healthy Sushi can be along with Miso Soup. If you haven’t I’ll fill you in.
Personally I think it’s great to have before a meal of Sushi. I have heard about how healthy this soup can be but I wanted to do some of my own research.
This is what I found out.
“Miso soup is rich with antioxidants and protective fatty acids, and a healthy dose of Vitamin E. It also boasts protein and Vitamin B12, and a nice selection of minerals to help boost the strength of your immune system.”
Most importantly to you female viewers studies have shown Miso Soup can cut the risk of Breast Cancer. The only downside is the sodium. This soup contains a lot of salt so be careful how much you consume. I see no reason why you couldn’t have the nice change this soup offers a couple times a week, if for nothing else the health benefits.
It is very easy to make, all you need to do is boil some water and pour the package in. It’s as simple as that, unless you want to make it from scratch.
I made myself some Miso Soup for dinner along with fish, baked beans and brown rice.
I always feel better after a complete meal. So treat yourself to some Miso Soup for a change or make it part of your diet.
I found my information @ http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/31554/the_health_benefits_of_miso_soup_japanese.html?cat=51, if you are interested in doing some of your own research.
Enjoy!
