We’re continually working and improving and doing the best we can as we commit to getting better with everything that we do each and every single day.
When it comes to order product our goal is to make it as easily and seamless as possible. We want it to be easy to find our products, and order our products to keep customers happy. If it’s a long and confusing process then we’ll all quickly lose customers.
First and foremost, what we’re most excited about is this super easy QR code that will take customers directly to our product page. What’s great about this is, you can actually save this QR code (or your customer can) directly to the home screen of your device (phone, ipad, etc.).
This isn’t an app per say, it’s a short cut, so with one click of a button your customers get easily access the order form and doesn’t have to look around a website or social media pages.
The next adjustment we are making is that, everyone will have access to your very own order form with your url. So you’ll share your url with your customers.
At the top we’ll update your form on exactly what products you have in stock, so your customers can easily tell what products you carry. At the bottom of that in a different section we’ll add all th other products we carry.
This is beneficial because you can start to take pre-sales. For example, maybe your customer doesn’t know we carry greens, or maybe they don’t know we have MCT oil. One quick scroll through the form, they’ll see these products and can ask you to carry them in future. If you choose to, you already have a new customer before you order your inventory.
Showcasing all of our products is beneficial in a number of different way. Sometimes a customer is only aware of certain products we have, like best sellers for example. At times we’ve had people look at our forms and say ‘oh, I didn’t know you carried that’. We feel this will be a progressive step for everyone.
Another benefit is, having access to your inventory on the click of a button. Often people to us and say, do you have a distributor in ‘this’ area. We usually say, yes but let me check to see if they are carrying the products you are looking for.
Then we have to wait to hear back from the distributor, often they have to check their own inventory to see what they have, and then we can get back to the customer. As we move forward with this process it will be super easy to see what products distributors have and if we can send a certain customer their way for a particular order.
The minimal sign up fee
This is extra cost to be able to give each distributor a url and QR code that goes directly to their form. On top of that, we’ll regularly be updating your form so your customers know what products you have in stock. This takes time and effort as well.
We understand most companies don’t charge a monthly fee to sell products but most don’t offer a 40% margin either. We believe we’re a team that all works together to improve on what we do. As a team we’re asking everyone to pay a minimal monthly fee of $5 to help us provide the customer forms and to keep them updated.
The other thing is, I feel this will offer more professionalism to join our team. Most people say, How do I sign up? Not having an official start date or end date leaves new distributors unsure of if they’re on the team, if they can start distributing or what the first step is.
This will give us a clear start date. As soon as they sign up, we can start selling them product at a discounted rate. And then this will better help us manage if distributors are still with us. Sometimes it’s a couple months that we don’t hear from a distributor and we don’t know if they are still actively selling our products.
If a distributor decides to not carry our products anymore, a simply message or ‘unsubscribe’ will tell us they will no longer be selling our products.
