The reason we reach out to customers is because we genuinely care. We enjoy the relationships we build. We appreciate meeting and learning about our customers live.

In fact we often call our customers our friends because in large part we know about their personal lives and they know about ours.

I know conventionally they tell you to separate your business and life but that’s not the way we work.

So when we reach out, and ask ‘how are you doing’ we mean, how are you doing?

And other times we simply want to offer extra customer service – we want to know if you need a recipe, how the product is going and if you have any questions we can help with.
